That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, to the point and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Shipping and Delivery

What You Need to Know

Order Delivery time: FREE SHIPPING ON ALL USA COFFEE ORDERS.

All orders are either print or roast-to-order and hand packed. Our value comes from being able to provide the freshest coffee available on the internet. The coffee is shipped the same day it is roasted on whole bean coffee and shipped the day after roasting on ground coffee.

Because of this, your coffee orders will take 1-5 business days before our roasters are ready to ship them. Once shipped, it can take an additional 1-5 business days depending on the customer location via standard ground shipping by USPS. We will email you tracking info as soon as the order is shipped.

Cancelations & Returns

Everything You Need to Know

We are confident you will love our coffee over what you can buy at your local store. Plus you will be helping your fellow Moto family and those in the broader Moto Community. So with that being said, here is what can be done if something is not right.

You can cancel an order by contacting us. Please send an email at info@holeshotcofee.com or notify us through Chat that you need to cancel an order. You MUST cancel within 10 hours of placement of the order.

There are no returns! It's a "food product" and will be thrown out so it's simply a waste of time and money. Please make sure you are ordering the item that you want. If there is a mistake made when placing your order please contact us within the 10 hour time frame as described above and we will be happy to make any corrections for you.

If we make an error and we will, Our internal tracked error rate is 0.325%, it will happen. Typically, the wrong grind, ordered whole and sent drip or wrong label are the type of things that can happen. Our process is extremely custom and humans at every step, so if/when we make an error, we will give you a heartfelt sorry. Then we will re-enter your order and get it sent out to you and soon as possible.

So, in summary.
Your fault (youuu knooow), you pay. Our fault, we pay. "Nobody's" fault (USPS) or something out of our control, we take it case-by-case so we are both happy.
